DESCRIPTION

The will of the people will prevail! On this episode of SDN we discuss rogue federal district judges way overstepping their purview and being put in place by the Legislature and Executive. Judge Jeb Boasberg (pictured) is one of the worst offenders who routinely states he is a co-equal to the Executive. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our constitution clearly states (four times) that district judges and courts are inferior. The district courts are also a construct of Congress and can be defunded and closed at the Legislature’s discretion. These clowns, quite literally, will be put in their place soon, and will no longer be able to proclaim national level injunctions that are in conflict with the Executive’s constitutional rights as detailed in Article II.
